| Choir The choirs meet each week and are open to children in all Junior years. |
Steel Drums
Children in Key Stage2 have the opportunity to learn to play the steel drums and children from years 5 and 6 perform at many venues as the "Silver Steelers". |
| Brass, guitar and and violin tuition Junior children have the opportunity to learn an instrument. Tuition is provided by peripatetic teachers who visit the school each week. |

| Football
Club Coaching staff from the Hertfordshire University provide training sessions for Key Stage 2 children. The club meets regularly on a Friday afternoon from 3.30pm-4.30pm. The schools’ football team is picked from this club and enter into the local school leagues and Maynard Cup Competition. |
Netball
Club meets every Thursday after school from 3.30 - 4.30p.m for boys and girls in Years 5 and 6. The school's netball team is picked from this club and takes part in the local schools' league and other competitions. |

Clubs These clubs are run by the top junior children of the school and offer a range of activities for the younger children to get involved in. |

| ASH is available to all pupils in Key Stage 2. It takes place on a Friday afternoon and is an opportunity for the children to try something different. Activities range from skiing at Gosling, sports tuition with University coaches to dancing and cooking within the school. |
All our children have the opportunity to attend one of these clubs as they run during lesson time and are used to broaden the children’s horizons. A.S.H clubs include the following; skiing, football skills, pottery, basketball coaching, cooking classes, gardening and newspaper club. |
